I maintain a policy for promptly responding to all emails – usually within a few hours, and only rarely (e.g. illness/holidays) later than this. If you have questions about the product or problems with the service please contact me.
I will do my best to correct any problems you might have. Communication is very important and I am willing to help you as much as I can.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, slight errors in advertising may unintentionally occur.
Returns Policy does not apply if the product/s you received were what you ordered but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
As many of my products are highly personalised and made to order, most listings have measurements and sizing charts to help you. Some custom made clothing may require more specific measurements - for example,- men's kilts, ladies kilted skirts and children's kilts, customised clothing apparel.
I can only offer a replacement or store credit in the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defect - replacement
- Item lost during shipping - replacement
- Damage during shipping - replacement
- Incorrect sizing or fit - store credit - for similar item of the same value
To be eligible for a return, your clothing/apparel items must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Custom T-Shirts - I cannot refund or exchange because you changed your mind, you choose the wrong size or you did not follow the care instructions and have damaged the garment.
Please use the size guide to make sure you are purchasing the correct size and please be aware all garment sizing has a tolerance of 2.50cm for half chest and length. If you believe the garment was washed correctly please return the garment to me so I can asses what went wrong and come up with a solution that suits all involved.
Custom made/bespoke items and tartan fabric are excluded from the returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified. In some cases the customised product/s, may need to be remade.
Please note: I will refund the price of the item to the customer or exchange the product once it is received by me. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
For Everything Genealogy is not directly liable for loss, theft or damage to any goods during transit. Should an issue occur during transit, follow up will occur upon notification from the customer.
For Everything Genealogy accepts returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Contact should by email or written correspondence.
Items not as described may be returned to For Everything Genealogy and a full refund will be given if the correct item cannot be sent.
Depending on the reason for return, a mutual arrangement will be reached that suits both parties on paying for return postage. Shipping mistakes on my part are paid by me.
Due to many items being personalised or customised, I cannot accept returns or refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional. I do not provide refund or minor error on item description or un-ambiguous claim e.g (it is good quality not top quality)
If For Everything Genealogy feels that the return policy is being abused, then I reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.
